2. Services Provided
Pics Shade provides an image hosting service where users can upload, manage, and share images. Our service allows users to host up to 10,000 images for free. Beyond this limit, a fee of $10 is charged for every additional 10,000 images.
3. User Accounts
Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer. Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these terms or any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
4. User Conduct
Users must not upload images that are illegal, offensive, or infringe on the rights of others.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
Users must not use our services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
5. Fees and Payments
Free Tier: Users can upload up to 10,000 images for free.
Paid Tier: For every additional 10,000 images, a fee of $10 is charged.
Payments: Payments must be made through our payment gateway and are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
User Content: Users retain ownership of any images they upload. By uploading images, users grant Pics Shade a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and distribute their images.
Service Content: All other content provided by Pics Shade, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Pics Shade or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pics Shade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pics Shade and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of users' breach of these terms, or users' violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
